Position<\/strong>:
\nContract Staff Lawyer position in Antigonish, Nova Scotia practising family and criminal law.<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/strong>:
\nSuccessful candidate must be a practising, insured member in good standing of the Nova Scotia Barristers\u2019 Society with a thorough understanding of Family and Criminal Law. Candidate should have experience in representing clients before the courts. Competency to conduct legal proceedings in both the English and French languages would be an asset. Start date to be as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

Salary Range<\/strong>:
\nPer Legal Aid salary scale based on \u201cRelevant Experience\u201d as determined by the Commission at time of hire plus benefits.<\/p>\n
