You must provide the following information:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">your full name,<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">your date of birth,<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">your contact details: postal address and email address,<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">your financial information: your monthly income, your monthly expenses and your debts, your assets (house, car, bank balance, retirement savings plans, etc.).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">*<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/em><em><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> This <\/span><\/span><\/em><em><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">financial information is required to apply for full legal aid services. Anyone can contact us for information or summary advice.<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">There are three ways to apply for services from Nova Scotia Legal Aid<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Submit an application online by completing the <\/span><\/span><u><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">online application form<\/span><\/span><\/u><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> . You will receive a communication from the Legal Aid office within a few days.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Apply in person at one of our <\/span><\/span><u><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">regional offices<\/span><\/span><\/u><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> . Call or drop in at the office nearest you. Your application will be forwarded to the appropriate service office if applicable.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Apply by mail.
