Summary advice (quick and limited legal advice) focusing on social justice matters (incoming and housing security issues, Canada Pension Plan (CPP) Disability, Employment Insurance (EI)); criminal law; and family law. Assistance will also be provided in completing forms for survivors of Indian Day Schools who are looking to register with the class action. Assistance will also be provided to apply for full-service representation by Legal Aid where appropriate.
